1. The establishment of safety production management institutions

The company has always attached great importance to safety production work. Since 2012, a safety production management committee has been established, with the general manager as the director, the deputy general manager of production as the deputy director, and department heads as members. The committee conscientiously and solidly manages the company's safety production management work, the safety condition of equipment and facilities, and personnel training and education.

2. Development and implementation of safety production management rules and regulations

In order to strengthen safety production management, effectively prevent production safety accidents, and ensure the safety of life and property, combined with the actual situation of our company, we have formulated and established the "Safety Production Target Management System", "Safety Management Organization Management System", "Safety Production Responsibility System Management System", "Safety Production Cost Extraction and Use Management System", "Legal Regulations and Other Requirements Management System", and "Safety Education and Training Management System" Hazard Source Management System. The Safety Committee supervises and inspects the implementation of safety production policies and objectives of each unit and functional department on a quarterly basis.

3. Development and implementation of safety production responsibility system

The safety production responsibility system clarifies the safety work responsibilities, rights, obligations, and specific safety work content that leaders, managers, employees, and departments at all levels must undertake, in accordance with laws, regulations, and policies, in compliance with government and higher-level management regulations, covering the content and safety requirements of the enterprise's production, operation, and activities.

Leaders at all levels and functional management departments shall establish a safety production responsibility system in accordance with the principles of "one position, one responsibility" and "one position, one responsibility". The safety production responsibilities mainly include the following aspects:

1) Implement relevant national laws and regulations on safety production, as well as the requirements of higher-level departments on safety production;

Seriously study and strictly abide by the safety production regulations and operating procedures of this unit, and obey management:

Master the safety production knowledge required for this job, be proficient in the operational skills of this position, and have the ability to prevent accidents and handle emergencies;

Master and understand the hazards, preventive measures, and accident emergency measures present at the work site and job position. Carry out handover inspections and patrol inspections according to regulations. If any potential accidents or other unsafe factors are found, they should be immediately reported to the on-site safety production management personnel or the person in charge of the unit.

7) Target monitoring

The Safety Committee adopts a combination of spot checks and face-to-face inspections, as well as timely spot checks and regular inspections, to monitor the implementation process of safety production goals in various departments, keep abreast of the situation, and timely report the completion status of goals to the Safety Committee.

4. Safety production education and training situation

In order to implement the policy of "safety first, prevention first, and comprehensive management", strengthen the safety training and education of company employees, enhance their safety awareness and protection ability, and reduce the occurrence of accidents and injuries, a safety education and training system is specially formulated. The safety committee shall formulate a safety training plan for this year at the beginning of each year, and each department shall organize training according to the training plan. Supervise and inspect the training situation, and summarize the training situation at the end of the year. The Safety Committee will also organize and arrange three-level safety education for new employees, safety education for special operation personnel, safety education for company leaders and safety production management personnel, as well as safety education for other functional management departments of the company.
